From the recording All The Lights Of Heaven
I wrote this song on the way to a movie but I can't remember what movie it was. I know that I wrote this song at night and scribbled at least a chorus down in the car in the parking lot before going into the theater. The song is about recovering your faith in God. I wanted the song to build and therefore had it begin with only vocals. Adding the pizzicato strings in the 2nd verse was my idea though I was advised against it by the studio engineers I was working with at the time. However, I kept them in and people tell me that the strings are their favorite part of the song.
